Our commitment is to provide accurate prints of your requested models. However, some variations in color, minor imperfections, and print lines can occur during production. We quality check all prints prior to shipping to ensure they meet our high standards.

Shipping Policy

Products typically ship within 3-5 business days. Larger orders may require extra time to process.

Missing Shipments

Order of the Paladin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims should be opened with our shipping company.

Damaged Items

We take precautions during our packaging and shipping process to minimize the potential of damage caused through shipping. Because we print in PLA to keep prices low, shipments to extremely hot environments can lead to minor warping of the products. Consumers concerned about potential heat damage can contact us for product pricing in other materials, such as ASA.

Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 7 days for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance is recommended. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after receipt of the returned items.
